Pink Elephant is globally accredited to provide AgilePM® education for the certification program. The organisation is accredited by the APM Group.
Your instructor is a highly experienced AgilePM®-certified member of Pink Elephant’s consulting team. Further, he or she is qualified to teach this course as defined by Pink Elephant’s internal Certified Trainer Program. You can expect to learn from an individual with the industry’s deepest knowledge on how to lead a successful implementation project. This knowledge is a direct result of Pink Elephant’s vendor neutrality as well as many years of experience implementing AgilePM® processes in a variety of organisations worldwide.
This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the AgilePM® Certificate: Practitioner. A 150-minute multiple choice, scenario-based, gradient scored question exam is scheduled on the last day of the course. This exam is open book (restricted to the official manual only). To help prepare attendees for the final exam, a sample exam is delivered during the course. A passing mark of 50% is required to receive your certificate.
The Practitioner AgilePM® certification lives up to its name by providing the users of the method with the core principles needed to facilitate a successful project, while allowing a degree of scope and agility that not many other methodologies provide. With a clear, concise and detailed perspective on project productivity, the AgilePM® certification is useful to all candidates and competency levels ranging from highly experienced project managers to those new to the industry.

The second element looks at setting up an Agile project and covers:

• Requirements, Estimating
• Agile Planning
Presented by skilled lecturers with extensive experience in the practical application of project management, the course includes examination coaching and practice using sample questions.
