Combines the COBIT®5 Foundation and Implementation courses into one 5 consecutive day course.
Learn the basic concepts of the COBIT®5 framework in the first 2 days followed by 3 days of how to effectively implement and apply COBIT®5 into your enterprise or how you can integrate components into client initiatives.
Attendees will learn more about:
COBIT®5 Principles, processes and enablers
How to effectively analyse enterprise drivers Implementation challenges, their root causes and success factors
Assessing current process capability
How to scope and plan improvements
How avoid potential implementation pitfalls by leveraging good practices
This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the COBIT®5 Certificate: Foundation and Implementation. Foundation consists of a 40-minute multiple choice questions exam that is scheduled mid-week. To help prepare attendees for the final exam, a sample exam is delivered during the course. A passing mark of 50% is required to receive your certificate. Implementation consists of a 150-minute open book (COBIT®5 Implementation and Enabling Processes Guide books only) objective testing exam scheduled at the end of the week. It consists of 4 questions per paper with 20 marks available per question. To help prepare attendees for the final exam, a sample exam is delivered during the course. A passing mark of 50% is required to receive your certificate.
