This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the ITIL® Practitioner Certificate. A 135-minute open book (The official ITIL® Practitioner Best Practice publication only) exam (extra 30 minutes for non-native speakers) is scheduled at the end of the course. It consists of 40 multiple choice questions based on scenarios that the candidates will be familiar with from attending the course. To help prepare attendees for the final exam, a sample exam is delivered during the course. A passing mark of 70% is required to receive your certificate.
