Jacques Compaan on Why Pink Elephant is His Preferred Supplier for ITSM Training
Jacques Compaan who is the Client Services Manager at Dimension Data Middle East & Africa tells us about his experience with Pink Elephant’s training services, and why it remains his preferred supplier for ITSM training.
The importance of IT Service Management (ITSM) is key within Managed Services and Pink Elephant is the provider of choice when it comes to ITSM training in South Africa. Their trainers are world class professionals and come with a wealth of theoretical as well as practical knowledge around ITSM best practice and the implementation thereof.

Between 10 – 12 March 2016 the MEA Practice Management team scheduled ITIL® Practitioner training with Pink Elephant. Pink Elephant was kind enough to facilitate the training at The Campus in Bryanston which was very accommodating for the whole team.
The training was fantastic with the team engaged throughout, it was really interactive with small break away groups discussing some of the topics and presenting back to the rest of the class. One of our team members actually wrote a song as their presentation, playing a guitar to the rest of the group and created an awesome vibe. Pink Elephant was more than happy to let the creativity flow.
The trainer was also available after hours and came in specially to tutor before the ITIL® Practitioner exam. It really shows that Pink Elephant don’t just talk about improving client services, they actually prove it in real life by going above and beyond the everyday training organisation.
Pink Elephant will always be my preferred trainer when it comes to ITSM training, they have helped my team to really understand what IT Service Management is all about and how to improve our services to our Dimension Data clients.
