ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) Transition


This five-day course prepares you for the exam leading to the ITIL 4 designation: “ITIL Managing Professional (MP)”.

It is only available to ITIL v3 Experts or any individual with a minimum of 17 ITIL v3 credits.

The course content provides a holistic picture of the critical learning points and knowledge IT management professionals require on key organisational and business topics related to ITIL 4’s new service value system (SVS) and its multiple components.

Please note: the exam price for this course has not yet been confirmed by PeopleCert and it will be updated as soon as it’s been released. For the time being, exams can be booked using the pricing provided (R3220 ex VAT) which is the same as the Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) exam price – all exams booked and paid for at this price will be honoured by Pink Elephant South Africa.

This course is a management level course intended ONLY for individuals who have obtained their ITIL Expert designation or achieved 17 ITIL v3 credits before starting the course.

You can still gain your 17 credits by passing the ITIL 4 Foundation, giving you 2 credits, and gaining the remaining 15 from the ITIL v3 intermediates.

Specific details about the exam, including price, length, number/type of questions and pass mark, etc., will be provided from October 2019 according to PeopleCert’s release plan.
